Vitamin C Tea – Fruit Free

This tea is very high in bioflavonoids. Bioflavonoids have been used in alternative medicine as an aid to enhance the action of vitamin C, to support blood circulation, as an antioxidant, and to treat allergies, viruses, or arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. Suggested serving is drinking one to two cups per day.

 

Prep Time:

20 – 30 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. — Bulk Dried Rose Hips

2 Tbsp. — Bulk Dried Peppermint Leaves

4 Tbsp. — Honey (See Product List)

1 Cups — Boiling Hot Water

3 Cups — Cold Water

 

Directions:

  • In a large teapot, steep Dried Rose Hips and Peppermint for 20 minutes.
  • Strain into pitcher.
  • Add Honey and Cold Water
  • Chill for 10 minutes.
  • Server over ice.
