Breakfast Sausage

dairy free, potato free, grain free, sugar free

yield approx. 12 patties

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1t salt (see Product List)
  • 1t ground sage*
  • 1t ground oregano*
  • 1/2T local honey
  • 1/4t minced fresh jalapeno

*I dry my own herbs so I know there is no potato. If using fresh, increase volume to 2-3t.

Gently combine pork with seasonings. Form into patties. Cook in skillet over medium heat til juices run clear.

They freeze nicely. I separate patties with wax paper.
